Just One of the Reasons I Love Oregon.

I love summer time in Oregon for multiple reasons, but one of them is that with it comes berries galore and tons of things to freeze, can, bake with, and just eat at your leisure. These last couple of years I've really enjoyed the fruits of canning throughout those dreary, rainy months that follow our beautiful summers here. This year we were able to freeze all different fruits and can peaches, jam, and yummy salsa.
