She didn't really get the whole birthday thing. All she knew was that she got gifts and she got to eat a dinner of pure Doritos.

Jessie's very detailed cake. If you like closely you might be able to make out a flip flop or a square with two licorice ropes sticking out.
This is Jessie's B-day party/4th of July barbecue. Guitar hero seemed to be the main attraction.

Jessie's b-day theme was shoes. So we had a fun game of pin the shoe on the girl. Oddly enough I think Tom had the most fun playing. He was out to win.

A little fun at a park in Vancouver Washington before the fireworks display. We were there with Tom's Uncle Jay and his family.
So patriotic at such a young age.
This is everybody waiting before the fireworks to start. We found out soon after that we were in the wrong spot because the fireworks were behind a tree right in front of us. A little shift to the right and we got to enjoy the show.
This is a few of our friends and us at the olympic trials here in Eugene. Although we were all to poor to be sitting inside, we could see it all on the big screens they had set up.

Oddly enough during this pregnancy Tara has been able to maintain a pretty nice physique besides her face getting a little puffy!
