Recently my brother's family tie-dyed some shirts and posted some pictures. I thought it was such a fun idea...(I think their decision to do it was heavily influenced by their recent visit to Eugene) so when my sister and I were trying to think of a gift to give to our friend for a baby shower, visions of tie-dyed onesies danced in my head. At first, I thought I would just get a kit, but my mom found this great site that made it both less expensive and gave more flexibility to choose your colors. Just purchase the dye and gloves and find some rubber bands or an old shirt you can make cloth strips out of. It worked out great. Even Tommy got involved and made the one I liked best. So if you're ever bored or just wanting to get that Eugene look...give it a try!!! Don't forget to wear the gloves.
